ÖZCAN MUTLU (Electronic Engineer, born on Jan. 10th.1968 in Kelkit/Turkey) is the spokesperson for education and migration policies for the Green Party - Bündnis/90 Die Grünen - in the Berlin House of Representatives (Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus) since Oct. 1999
